Stop comparing yourself with others during pregnancy!

It is important to understand that your body is unique, what you may be able to perform during pregnancy others may not be able to and vise a versa. Don’t compare your poses with other pregnant women, remember that your body should feel comfortable while working out do not force yourself into a pose or an exercise just to be like others. Remember that you are on your own journey and that you should focus on activities that you know are safe for your body.
